The following documents must be sent with the application form. When submitting documents applicants should send photocopies as NO DOCUMENTS WILL BE RETURNED.
| 7.1 | A bank transfer for the equivalent of one hundred and sixty Australian dollars (A$160) is required from all applicants. The amount must be free of any bank charges. The entry fee is not refundable. Bank transfer to Sydney International Piano Competition, Commonwealth Bank, Double Bay NSW 2028 Australia, BSB Number: 062 156 Account Number: 1001 7131. Applicants not in Australia will need the SWIFT Code CTBAAU2S. Credit card - Visa or MasterCard only. |
| 7.2 | Six (6) glossy black and white photographs no smaller than 9cm x 12cm, suitable for publication. |
| 7.3 | A certified copy of birth certificate or another legal document stating the applicant's age and Nationality. |
| 7.4 | A typewritten copy of the applicant's biography of no more than 100 words, suitable for publication in the program. |
| 7.5 | Letters from the applicant's present or most recently attended institution(s) and/or teacher(s) recommending the applicant's participation in the Sydney International Piano Competition of Australia 2008. |
| 7.6 | Details and any published references of musical activity, including concerts given, competitions entered, awards received, press releases, reviews and recordings released. |
