| 9.1 | Applicants who are selected to participate in the Competition will be provided with one return excursion or economy class air ticket from the nearest international airport in their own country or country of residence, and must comply with the Secretariat's instructions regarding ticket issue. |
| 9.2 | Competitors will be provided with accommodation and a daily allowance in Sydney as determined by the Competition during the time they are participating in the Competition. All other expenses, such as meals, laundry, telephone calls and faxes, local travel, etc., are the responsibility of the competitors. |
| 9.3 | Should competitors choose to arrive before 14 July 2008 the cost of accommodation and all other expenses will be their own responsibility. |
| 9.4 | If eliminated after Stage II of the Competition, competitors will be responsible for payment of their own accommodation after the night of Sunday 20 July 2008. If eliminated after Stage III they will be responsible for payment of their own accommodation after the night of Tuesday 22 July 2008, should they wish to remain in Sydney until the end of the Competition. The semi-finalists not chosen for the finals will have their accommodation paid by the Competition until Monday morning, 4 August 2008. |
