Voting will be by secret ballot. Each juror will recommend the predetermined number of competitors to proceed to Stages III, IV and V. Competitors receiving the majority of votes for the places allotted to each of those stages will then be listed in alphabetical order until the final order of awards is determined at the conclusion of Stage V.
